ctrg is currently working in partnership with one of the biggest food and service retailers in the UK and we have exciting opportunities available in West Thurrock, RM20 3ED for Warehouse Operatives to work for one of the leading logistics companies in the UK.
Shifts and pay rates as a Warehouse Operative:
- Day shift: 6am to 2pm
- Weekday rate: 13.89 p/h
- Weekend rate: 15.83 p/h
- Back shift: 2pm to 10pm
- Weekday rate: 15.83 p/h
- Weekend rate: 17.77 p/h
- Nights shift: 10pm to 6am
- Weekday rate: 17.12 p/h
- Weekend rate: 19.06 p/h

Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:
- Work in a temperature-controlled environment - Including Ambient/Chill (2 - 5 degrees Celsius)
- Pick items using a voice activated pick system
- Operate LLOP (if required)
- Personally maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety is always conducted
- Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 90%
- Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
- Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
