About the Role: As part of a supportive engineering team, you'll maintain and improve a range of food manufacturing and packaging equipment. Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site. Getting involved in installation, upgrades, and improvement projects. Working closely with colleagues in production to minimise downtime and improve reliability. Proactively looking for new, improved ways of working.
About You: Practical electrical engineering experience, gained in a maintenance engineering, electrical improver, electrician role, or similar. Positive approach, keen to learn new skills and develop as an engineer. A team player, willing to support and learn from colleagues and develop strong relationships with colleagues across the site. Engineering apprenticeship would be ideal, as would 18th Edition, or equivalent hands on experience.
