About the Role:
- As part of a supportive engineering team, you'll maintain and improve a range of food manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
- Getting involved in installation, upgrades, and improvement projects.
- Working closely with colleagues in production to minimise downtime and improve reliability.
- Proactively looking for new, improved ways of working.
About You:
- Practical electrical engineering experience, gained in a maintenance engineering, electrical improver, electrician role, or similar.
- Positive approach, keen to learn new skills and develop as an engineer.
- A team player, willing to support and learn from colleagues and develop strong relationships with colleagues across the site.
- Engineering apprenticeship would be ideal, as would 18th Edition, or equivalent hands on experience.
