Outbound Warehouse Operative in Grangemouth

Pay Rate: 15.85 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days including 1 in 4 weekends. Flexibility required between 6:00am - 8:00pm.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pick, stage, and load finished goods accurately.
  • Complete stock movements and warehouse system transactions.
  • Support loading/unloading operations safely and efficiently.
  • Follow SOPs, FIFO principles, GMP, and food safety standards.
  • Maintain high housekeeping and hygiene standards.
  • Carry out equipment checks and report hazards or incidents.
  • Support stock counts and general warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • Essential: Forklift B1 Counterbalance licence.
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Good attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to work safely and as part of a team.
  • Full driving licence and own transport required.
