About the Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting learning, engagement, attendance, and wellbeing. Working closely with experienced teachers and the SEN department, you will help students overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential, both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support across KS3 and KS4
- Support students across a range of subjects in the classroom
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Monitor progress and contribute to reports and feedback
- Support pupils with SEND in collaboration with the SEN team
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
