An inclusive secondary school situated in Haringey is looking to secure a Graduate to start in September on an ongoing contract.
The successful candidate will be welcomed into a vibrant and inclusive community with a stimulating teaching approach to learning. This secondary school has created a great community in which all students feel valued and are helped to grow into polite, considerate and responsible members of society. The school is based within walking distance from a popular underground station and has the added extra of a larger than average onsite car park.
The school is looking to recruit a Science Graduate to work as a teaching assistant, assisting children across the school with additional SEND needs. This role will act as a springboard and training ground for graduates who want to learn how to teach and build transformational relationships with pupils. The school can also offer a very clear pathway of progression into the teaching profession for aspiring teachers.
Responsibilities:- Tutoring and mentoring groups of pupils to ensure everyone is at the correct attainment level in all subjects.
- Actively engaging in every professional developmental opportunity on the road to a successful career in teaching.
- Science Degree.

- Have experience working with secondary school aged students (preferable).
