As part of our continued growth in the North East, we're looking for ambitious, driven graduates to join our Newcastle office as Graduate Recruitment Consultants. This is a genuine opportunity to learn a professional sales career from the ground up, supported by experienced leaders who are invested in your development and long-term success.
The Opportunity
- Build relationships with clients and candidates across the construction and built environment sectors, working on roles that genuinely shape skylines and communities.
- Learn how to manage the full recruitment life cycle - from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and deal negotiation.

- Recently graduated/graduating soon and able to start a new role in August/September 2026.
