An international consultancy with an established and busy business across the north is looking to add a graduate building surveyor into their Leeds team due to growth and development opportunities within the organisation. With clients across multiple sectors but a focus on education and healthcare, your new company has a proven track record of consistently bringing people through their APC and valuing the development of their team to progress through the organisation.
In your new role, you will gain valuable experience across multiple sectors and disciplines of work as you grow and progress through the early part of your career. You will get a chance to be involved in managing your own projects while working alongside more senior members of the team. The office is a hybrid environment where you will split your time between being on site, office collaborative working and working from home.
To succeed, you will need:
- A degree in building surveying
- Either completed a placement year in industry or a year's experience post qualification
- The ability to use CAD or have previous experience (advantageous but not essential)
