Permanent Quantity Surveyor – Goole

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000. Excellent Benefits

Your new role

You will manage the cost of projects up to £10 million and provide Quantity Surveyor functions, including commercial transactions, commercial reporting and cash‑flow management on allocation projects. Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Operational Team, you will ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget. This role is office‑based three days a week, with onsite visits at least once a week and one day working from home.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree‑educated Quantity Surveyor with at least 10 years of experience at a main contractor.
  • Experience on large commercial builds is an advantage.
  • Computer‑literate, with knowledge of relevant quantity surveying software.
  • Ambitious, commercially astute, and keen to progress within a growing main contractor.
