About the Role
- Provide tailored 1:1 support to help a child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Assist with communication strategies, including BSL, Makaton, or other AAC methods (Not essential).
- Implement individual learning strategies in line with the child's Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP).
- Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to adapt learning activities.
- Encourage independence while offering reassurance and guidance.
- Track progress and share key insights with the wider school team and parents.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment, following safeguarding policies.

- Type: Full-Time (8:30am - 3:30pm)
- Salary: £89-£105 per day (Depending on Experience)
