Our client, a leading dealer group with multiple centres across Southwest England, is looking for a dedicated HGV Technician to join their busy workshop in Gloucester.

Duties
- Carry out all service and maintenance work to the highest standards within manufacturer timeframes
- Conduct accurate diagnosis and repairs of all malfunctions
- Support colleagues with technical issues and innovations
- Document diagnostics, repairs, services, and safety inspections thoroughly
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations
- Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
- Work effectively within a busy workshop environment, supporting the team to achieve targets
Requirements
- Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Several years post-qualification experience as an HGV technician
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to perform complex repairs
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced workshop
- Good team player with a professional approach to customer service
- Motivated to achieve targets and maintain high standards
- Individuals with an active HGV driving licence will be highly advantageous but are not essential
