Great opportunity to work as a Paint Sprayer for our client, who provides a global source of specialised coatings on both small and large batch sizes. Staffline is recruiting Paint Sprayers in Bloxwich.

The rates of pay are £13.50 per hour, post 12 weeks £14.00 per hour. This is a full-time role working fixed night shifts. Hours: 7pm to 6am and 6pm to 6am. Training will take place on the morning shift (around 2-3 weeks), 6am to 4pm.

Your Time at Work

  • Spraying parts (car clamps, bolts etc.)
  • Performing simple quality and function tests
  • Participating actively in continuous process improvement activities
  • Keeping the immediate work area clean and tidy
  • Following daily tool maintenance routines
  • Meeting daily volume targets and quality standards

Our paint sprayer candidate MUST have previous experience working as a paint sprayer (ideally paint spraying small parts).
