Our Client is a high spec oil and gas manufacturing company in the Glenrothes area.
The role as the Group Operations Manager includes:
- Provide operational leadership across all operations
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities across multiple sites
- Ensure delivery against safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives
- Support new business activity through operational input into tenders and bids
- Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture across the business
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements in productivity and efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support lean manufacturing activities
The Person:
- Previous senior operations management experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing complex manufacturing environments
- A strong understanding of HSE standards and operational compliance
