Our client, an independent investment and building company, is looking for an experienced individual to carry out the administrative and basic financial operations across the business. Reporting to the Director, your key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Project management
  • Budget management
  • Financial cash flow reporting
  • Supplier and vendor management
  • Rental - testing for compliance, insurances, rent invoices etc.
  • Sales ledger processing
  • Purchase ledger processing
  • Attending client meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions
  • Overseeing the facilities of the office building and tenants
  • Arrange and attend weekly team meetings
  • All general day to day office related duties

To be suitable for this busy and challenging role you will have the following skills, experience and key attributes:

  • Experience working in a similar Office and Finance role
  • Experience using Xero, all Microsoft Packages and One Drive would be ideal
  • Ability to multi-task across a multitude of duties
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong people skills and ability to deal with a wide range of clients and staff at all levels
  • Confident and resilient with a 'can do' attitude.

You will be offered a generous salary depending on experience as well as excellent benefits and training. The hours are ideally Full-time, Monday - Friday but may be flexible for the right person. The role is office based due to the nature of the work.
