Our Client is a high spec oil and gas manufacturing company in the Glenrothes area.

The role involves:

  • Providing operational leadership across all operations
  • Overseeing day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities across multiple sites
  • Ensuring delivery against safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives
  • Supporting new business activity through operational input into tenders and bids
  • Promoting and maintaining a strong health & safety culture across the business
  • Monitoring operational KPIs and driving improvements in productivity and efficiency
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives and supporting lean manufacturing activities

The Person should have:

  • Previous senior operations management experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
