Rate: £17 per hour

Contract: Temporary - initially 6 months

Pertemps are supporting a large UK organisation with the recruitment of a temporary HR Advisor to join their busy HR operations team. This role will focus primarily on onboarding and employee lifecycle administration within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process for new starters, including issuing contracts and offer documentation.
  • Set up new employees on internal HR systems and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers and contractual changes.
  • Respond to HR queries from employees and managers.
  • Ensure all documentation is processed accurately and in line with internal procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail when handling employee information.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR administration or onboarding.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience issuing contracts or setting up new starters.
  • Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
