The Glasgow office is looking to welcome an experienced Business Services Senior Manager who will lead a varied portfolio of SME clients. This is a key role within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
As an Accounts and Business Services Senior Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations and contributing to the strategic direction of the group. You’ll be involved in workflow planning and will take a proactive approach to nurturing both new and long-standing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include managing a client portfolio with a high level of autonomy, supporting your team’s development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality advice. You’ll also be expected to identify opportunities for growth within the group and work closely with Directors and Partners on more technical matters. This role offers a balance of independent work and teamwork, with a strong emphasis on client service and leadership.
