Your new role. As Senior Management Accountant, you will take ownership of core financial reporting while supporting wider business performance. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead a small team and play a key role in ensuring high‑quality financial information is delivered across the organisation. This is a varied role combining technical accounting, team leadership and stakeholder engagement, with exposure to process improvement and ongoing change initiatives.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical skills and experience operating in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a management accounting or similar role.
- Team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with non‑finance stakeholders.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
