Your new role as a Quantity Surveyor involves managing the commercial aspects of a varied range of subcontract packages across M&E, energy, and solar projects, working closely with an excellent Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the financial performance of M&E subcontract works
  • Preparing applications for payment, variations, and final accounts
  • Ensuring compliance with main contractor contract terms
  • Supporting procurement and subcontract management
  • Working closely with project and site teams to deliver commercially successful outcomes
  • Assisting with forecasting, cost reporting and cashflow management
What you need to succeed
  • Experience as a QS within an M&E or construction subcontracting environment
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes and contract administration
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with main contractors
  • Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills
