What you'll do:
- Be the first point of contact for owner enquiries, providing clear, friendly, and professional support.
- Manage factoring administration including records, correspondence, invoicing, and statistics.
- Support debt recovery processes and manage high‑value arrears cases.
- Assist with major works projects, homeowner welcome packs, and shared equity administration.
- Collaborate across teams, contractors, and consultants to deliver quality services.
- Help drive customer engagement and support vulnerable homeowners.
- Ensure accurate logging of enquiries, complaints, and actions in our management systems.
