We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join a respected social housing organisation based in Glasgow. This is a front‑line role handling enquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, face‑to‑face, webchat, SMS, and social media. You will ensure customers receive timely, efficient, and high‑quality outcomes while providing an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage enquiries across all areas of the organisation
  • Handle reactive requests including repairs, housing allocations, rent and payments, tenancy management, and anti‑social behaviour
  • Provide reception cover and support digital channels
  • Take ownership of enquiries to resolve issues efficiently and reduce customer effort
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and fully utilise customer management software

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year front‑line customer service experience, ideally in a call centre or high‑paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Desirable
