As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations and providing critical insights to the business. Working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this role offers an excellent platform for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of the preparation of monthly management accounts and group reporting.
  • Preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
  • Assisting with cashflow management and providing recommendations to senior management.
  • Supporting the preparation of year-end audit files and liaising with external auditors.
  • Developing financial models to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting at a group level.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior members of the finance team.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Part-qualified or qualified
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to work across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a group finance environment is advantageous but not essential.
