The Role
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and winning new business opportunities
  • Source and attract high‑quality candidates through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and leading job boards
  • Interview and assess candidates to ensure the best possible match for each opportunity
  • Manage the full recruitment process from initial brief through to offer stage
