This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA/HR professional to support senior leadership within the property industry. Based in Glasgow, this role will involve managing administrative and HR-related tasks to ensure smooth operations - 5 days in the office.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including diary and email management.
  • Coordinate and manage HR-related activities, such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes when required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate correspondence, and interview scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Manage ad hoc projects and other tasks as directed by senior management.

Profile

  • Previous experience in an EA or HR support role within a professional environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
