The Technology Assurance team supports UK organisations in understanding, managing technology risks, leveraging data analytics, automation, and modern techniques to deliver insights.

As a Technology Assurance Director, you will shape and grow the national service line, lead high‑profile engagements, manage a portfolio of IT internal audit, external audit and technology assurance services, foster client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, high‑profile engagements and oversee delivery of IT Internal Audit, IT External Audit, and wider technology assurance services.
  • Act as a senior escalation point, providing clarity on complex technical and commercial matters.
  • Build and strengthen senior client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on technology governance, risk and controls.
  • Support go‑to‑market activities, identify new opportunities, and help expand the firm’s presence in technology assurance.
  • Develop and mentor senior talent, build capability, and foster a high‑performing, inclusive culture.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong leadership experience in a professional services environment.
  • Deep expertise in technology assurance, IT audit, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience delivering IT audit, technology assurance or advisory engagements.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex client relationships.
  • Commercial awareness with experience contributing to business development and service growth.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and balance technical excellence with client‑focused solutions.
