Responsibilities
- As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a key role in supporting a varied portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses, larger corporates and private equity-backed groups.
- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality corporate tax advice across a range of areas such as restructures, transactions, group reorganisations and shareholder planning.
- Alongside advisory work, you will oversee compliance, ensuring technical accuracy and excellence.
- You will build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact and helping them navigate complex tax matters.
- Internally, you will support and mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the Glasgow practice.
Qualifications
- ACA, CA or CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong corporate tax technical expertise gained within a professional services environment.
- Proactive, client-focused approach and confidence to build credible relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
