This respected property and construction consultancy has delivered expert building surveying, cost consultancy, and principal design services across the UK for decades. In late 2024, they partnered with an award‑winning principal contractor specialising in retrofit and sustainability, opening new doors while preserving their independent consultancy model.

As a Building Surveyor you will lead and develop the surveying function, work on a variety of commercial projects, support retrofit initiatives, and contribute to the strategic direction of the business. You will also mentor junior surveyors and collaborate closely with clients and contractors as part of a small, dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the surveying function
