The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Advisor to oversee all aspects of Human Resources across our site. This is a standalone, hands-on role where you will support both management and employees while helping to maintain a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR records
  • Advise managers on disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, GDPR, and HR procedures
  • Support payroll, Health & Safety reviews, ISO9001 audits, and employee engagement initiatives

About You

  • Previous HR Advisor or HR Assistant experience
  • CIPD Level 3 minimum (Level 5 desirable or working towards)
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and confidentiality skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
