We're looking for a proven General Manager with a strong track record in premium city centre bars and a mix of wet- and dry-led venues to take the reins at this hugely successful flagship venue. Working with an established and growing city centre operator, you will be responsible for driving growth - with a real focus on pushing on food sales and service standards - in an already well-regarded New Town bar.
Details:
- £43,000+ DOE
- Guaranteed TRONC £150 per week minimum
- Bonus £3-4k per annum
- OTE: £54,000

Responsibilities:
- Full operational leadership of a dynamic, premium venue.
- Reporting to Ops/Area Management.
- Oversight of all commercial and operational performance, including food, drink and live music.
- Recruitment, training and development of a vibrant, engaged team.
- Supplier negotiation, compliance, cost control and performance management.
Qualifications:
- Proven GM experience in premium, high-turnover hospitality.
- Strong background in mixed food- and drink-led venues.
- Commercially astute with a strong grasp of cocktails, drinks trends and guest experience metrics.
- Highly organised, structured and comfortable leading.
- Ambitious, energetic and aligned with a brand that strives for excellence innovation.
