Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for Further Education Practitioners to work in a variety of colleges in Hull. Tradewind work on a first port of call basis with several Hull based colleges, and are looking for practitioners who can cover long term vacancies at the colleges. This is to start September ASAP and last on an ongoing basis throughout the year. This is temporary work. Payment for these roles can be full time, part time, or ad-hoc, and will typically be paid between £20 and £50 per hour.
We are especially interested in hearing from candidates who can teach/assess the following subjects:
- Social Sciences
- Health and Social Care
- Law
- English/Maths (to GCSE resit students)
- Dance/Performing Arts/Music
- Plumbing
- Welding
- Joinery
- Engineering
- TESOL/EAL
- Business Studies/Economics
- Computing
Tradewind will also support your development during your placement and beyond through our fantastic CPD via The National College. Signing up for this role means you can be offered other shifts and roles through Tradewind Recruitment. You will be joining an agency with a large number of schools in the local area who work extremely closely, and as such (after this placement) there will be lots of opportunities for work in a variety of different schools. This particular school treats its temporary staff extremely well and treats them as part of the team.
To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:
- Have experience working within schools in the UK.
- Have experience supporting within UK schools.
- Have experience teaching in FE Colleges/Sixth Form Colleges.
- Have a teaching qualification to at least Level 5.
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
- CV must cover the full CV History.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
