AM Global are looking to recruit an experienced Weighbridge Operator for our client based in Billingham.

Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week including every other Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating the weighbridge system to accurately record vehicle weights in and out of site
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed correctly and efficiently
  • Communicating with drivers, site staff, and customers in a professional manner
  • Monitoring vehicle movements and maintaining site records
  • Supporting general administrative duties as required
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures at all times

Essential requirements

  • Previous experience in a weighbridge operator role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
