Early Years Educators - Hackney (Full-Time, September Start)

SANZA Teaching Agency, part of Tradewind Recruitment, is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educators for full-time opportunities in Hackney primary and nursery settings starting this September. We are working with a range of welcoming and well-resourced early years provisions across Inner London who are seeking passionate practitioners to support children in their first stages of learning and development.

The Role:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) learning
  • Plan and engage children in play-based, developmentally appropriate activities
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with EYFS framework
  • Promote a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
  • Support children's social, emotional, and educational development
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents/carers

Requirements:

  • CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
  • Experience working within Early Years settings (nursery or school-based)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
