We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy frozen fish factory, working on a very fast‑paced production line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working on a fast-moving production line processing frozen fish products
  • Packing, weighing and labelling products accurately
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times
  • Carrying out quality checks with a strong attention to detail
  • General factory and cleaning duties as required
  • Manual labouring duties

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a production or factory environment is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work at speed on a fast production line
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00
  • Own transport is essential due to rural location (limited/no public transport)
