Job Overview
£10 Million refurbishment of an existing food facility, involving installation of a new production line, white walling and rerouting of existing services, all carried out in a live environment until circa October/November 2026.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the site-based Project Manager, you will primarily oversee onsite works with specialist subcontractors from the EU on a daily basis to ensure all equipment installation is completed in accordance with the programme and health & safety requirements.
- Your role will be split 70/30 between site and office duties.
- You must be fully computer literate and have prior or current experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
- Other duties include submission of RAMS to the principal contractor and maintaining good client relations on site.

- SMSTS certification
- First Aid certificates
- Experience working on food & beverage and live occupied facilities (distinct advantage)
