Our client is looking for an Architectural Technician to be based in Liverpool. This role is a freelance role working for a local authority.
Duties:
- Creating high quality detailed drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD
- Collaborating with the design team to develop and coordinate design information
- Contributing to planning applications, evaluating environmental and regulatory requirements
Must have experience of Revit and AutoCAD and have a good working knowledge of NBS specifications.
Pay is 30phr - 36hrs per week.
