Location: Hartlebury

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid break)

Pay: £13.25 per hour, rising to £13.56 after qualifying period (weekly pay)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced operation. This role offers the opportunity to move into a permanent position following a successful temporary period. You will be working in an outdoor environment handling various products and supporting general warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a counterbalance forklift truck (diesel or electric, double stack only)
  • Loading and unloading containers safely and efficiently
  • Moving and handling various products
  • Picking, packing, and moving stock around the warehouse
  • Manual handling, including lifting up to 20kg
  • Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Valid counterbalance FLT licence
  • Ability to work outdoors in cold conditions
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Calm under pressure
  • Good attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Physically demanding role, lifting up to 20kg
