About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join our client's busy and growing team in Droitwich. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long‑term position with potential to go permanent. Own transport is essential due to the location, and expired FLT certificates will be considered with refresher training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Unload containers
- Manage stock via Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
- Re‑stack pallets and organise warehouse space
- Adhere to all health & safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and office staff
- Pick and prepare orders for despatch
