Pay: 13.02 per hour + Holiday Pay (Weekly Pay)

Contract: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (Overtime available)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join our client's busy and growing team in Droitwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term position with potential to go permanent for the successful candidate. Own transport is essential due to the location. Expired FLT certificates will be considered – refresher training can be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
  • Unload containers
  • Manage stock via Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
  • Re-stack pallets and organise warehouse space
  • Adhere to all health & safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and office staff
  • Pick and prepare orders for despatch
