Forklift Counterbalance Driver - Temp to Perm

Location: Gloucester

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:30

Salary: £29,500 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client based in Gloucester on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a hands-on role working within a small team of 2, so we are looking for someone hardworking, reliable, and able to work well with others. You will be working closely with the supervisor and dealing directly with customers, including roofers, so a positive attitude and good communication skills are essential.

Duties:

  • Operating a Counterbalance FLT
  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Moving stock and products around site
  • Manual lifting and physical warehouse duties
  • Assisting customers with collections
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
  • Previous warehouse or yard experience
  • Physically fit and happy with manual handling
  • Good work ethic and team player mentality
  • Reliable and punctual
