Location: Dagenham, Essex

Working Hours: 00:30 AM - 17:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team in Rochford. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a counterbalance forklift to move goods around our warehouse and production site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse.
  • Ensuring the safe transportation of materials to and from designated storage areas.
  • Organizing and maintaining stock, ensuring items are stored safely and securely.
  • Performing regular checks and maintenance on the forklift to ensure its safety and efficiency.
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
  • Following all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensuring that stock levels are accurately recorded and reported.
Requirements:
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift License (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
  • Previous forklift driving experience in a warehouse or similar setting.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on safety and efficiency.
