I am currently supporting a manufacturing and fabrication business in Forfar with the recruitment of a QHSE Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing and improving the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental systems across the business.

The role will involve:

  • Leading ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 systems
  • Managing audits and compliance activities
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Driving a positive health & safety culture
  • Working closely with operational and engineering teams
  • Managing corrective actions and root cause investigations

The business is looking for someone with:

  • Experience within fabrication, manufacturing, or heavy engineering
  • Strong knowledge of QHSE systems and standards
  • NEBOSH qualification
  • A practical and collaborative approach
  • Experience working closely with workshop and production environments
