We are seeking an experienced and resilient Nursing Home Manager to lead and stabilise a care home currently undergoing significant improvement and transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong manager with proven turnaround experience who thrives in challenging environments and is passionate about raising standards, improving compliance, and leading teams through change.

The Role
- Provide strong operational and clinical leadership across the home

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Registered Manager
- Nurse qualified or non-nurse candidates considered

- Proven turnaround experience is essential

- Resilient, organised, and able to lead under pressure
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
