We are seeking an experienced and resilient Nursing Home Manager to lead and stabilise a care home currently undergoing significant improvement and transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong manager with proven turnaround experience who thrives in challenging environments and is passionate about raising standards, improving compliance, and leading teams through change.

The Role
