Barker Ross is currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives to join a well-established international bakery manufacturing company based in Wigston, Leicester (LE18). Our client has been providing high-quality bakery solutions to food service providers, retailers, and bakers for over 30 years, operating across 20 countries worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work.
Shift Patterns (must be flexible to work both shifts):
- Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm
- Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am
Duties Include:
- Packing bakery products
- Production line work
- General food production duties
- Quality checking products
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Other ad hoc warehouse and production duties as required
