We are recruiting for FLT Drivers working 4 on, 4 off Days or Nights to join a leading logistics provider at their brand‑new state‑of‑the‑art warehouse based in Rugby. These are permanent roles where you will undertake training to drive a Bendi/Flexi FLT, and you will receive a competitive salary of £32‑35k, plus excellent benefits as below.

Hours: 4 on, 4 off DAYS OR NIGHTS (you choose, it is not rotating). Days: 6am‑6pm (£32,376 per annum) Nights: 6pm‑6am (£35,157 per annum)

Responsibilities:

  • Moving and stacking pallets within aisles to maximise storage capacity.
  • Utilise voice picking systems to accurately locate and pick items from designated warehouse locations using the Bendi FLT.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper packaging e.g. shrink wrapping and labelling ready for dispatch.
  • Assisting with general warehouse tasks, including stock counts and inventory management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • FLT License (RTITB or ITSARR accredited) – Counterbalance, Reach or Bendi/Flexi License will also be considered.
  • At least 6 months of experience using an FLT.
  • Used to working in a targeted environment.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Must be able and willing to complete a DBS Check as part of the process.
