What You'll Need:
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
- A passion for supporting students' learning and development
- Confidence working with pupils across age groups
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A proactive and flexible approach

- Experience supporting students with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD)
- Previous experience in a UK secondary school setting
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, degree, or equivalent)
