Role

  • Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of secondary subjects
  • Manage classroom behaviour and keep students engaged in learning
  • Support pupils in line with school behaviour policies

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working with young people (school, coaching, youth work or similar)
  • Strong behaviour management and confidence leading a classroom
  • A positive, adaptable and proactive attitude
  • The ability to build rapport quickly with students and staff
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
