Impact Recruitment are currently working with a growing packaging business based in Kimbolton who have recently expanded into a new warehouse facility. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Flexi / Bendi Driver to support warehouse operations, stock control, and goods movement within the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company offering long-term stability, yearly salary increases, and the opportunity to progress into a supervisory position.
Location: Kimbolton
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (typically 08:00 - 16:00 with flexibility available)
Salary: Circa 31,500 per annum (Negotiable DOE)
Contract: Permanent
Duties:
- Operate Flexi / Bendi trucks safely within the warehouse environment
- Load and unload deliveries efficiently
- Move and store products accurately within warehouse locations
- Support stock control and inventory accuracy using internal CRM systems
- Carry out goods-in and stock logging processes
- Handle products manually when required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Manage workload independently and prioritise tasks effectively
The ideal candidate must:
- Hold a valid Flexi / Bendi forklift licence
- Have previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Be confident handling products manually as part of daily duties
- Have good IT skills and be comfortable using warehouse or CRM systems
- Be organised and capable of managing workload independently
- Have strong attention to detail and good stock accuracy awareness
- Be reliable, proactive, and able to work within a fast-paced environment
