Flexible Bank Staff in Gaydon, Warwickshire. Competitive hourly rates from £15 per hour. Flexible weekly shifts available from 4 hours - 10 hours depending on preference. We are currently recruiting a flexible bank of Nursery Practitioners and Nursery Assistants to support a welcoming nursery setting in Gaydon, Warwickshire. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking for flexible work to fit around other commitments, whether you are experienced within Early Years or looking to build further childcare experience.
The nursery is purpose-designed and built, offering high-quality environments and resources throughout the setting, including dedicated outdoor play areas that encourage free flow play and exploration. Children benefit from a wide range of engaging activities including:

The highly qualified staff team create a genuine home from home environment and are dedicated to delivering individualised learning for every child. Their commitment to high-quality Early Years education was recognised with a Good rating in the latest Ofsted inspection.
We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and nurturing individuals who can support weekly rota requirements on an ongoing basis. We are interested in candidates with experience as:
- Nursery Practitioner
- Early Years Practitioner
- Nursery Nurse
- Nursery Assistant
- Early Years Educator
- EYFS Practitioner
Requirements:
- Experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work flexibly week to week
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable (but not essential):
- Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification
- NNEB Early Years Educator qualification
- Paediatric First Aid
