Position Overview

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of a wide variety of equipment. Your role will involve planned maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installing, and providing on-site training to our customers. We are looking for a professional, competent, and socially adept individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct planned maintenance of a wide variety of equipment, including fire pumps, water systems, booster sets and related equipment.
  • Execute reactive maintenance in a timely manner.
  • Provide on-site training to customers across a number of industries.
  • Perform troubleshooting, service & repair activities on site, both alone and as part of a team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Apprentice trained or time served 3+ years within the Fire Pump industry.
  • UK Driving License.
  • Mechanical Engineering qualifications.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
